Our wide range of manufacturing encompasses precision machined components from alloy steels and metals like stellite, nickel, hastelloy, titanium, inconel and dual steels like 17-4-ph and 15-4-ph. We also have foundry unit dealing in aluminum castings. These aluminum castings are manufactured by process of gravity die casting and sand casting. We also deal in Plasma coatings and HVOF coatings. We can manufacture bulk and low volumes, as per clients’ requirements.

Mr. D. V. Thosar : A qualified mechanical and production engineer. Mr. Thosar has about 30 years of experience in areas like new product development and production planning and control.
Mr. Ravindra Rao : A qualified engineer in the field of Mechanical and Electrical engineering. Mr. Rao has an experience of more than 25 years especially in the field of Quality Controll and Tool Room inspection.
Mr. Jayesh Patel :A qualified mechanical engineer, Mr. Patel has about 11 years of experience in the shop floor management functions.
And most important of all company has a team of 40 candidates, technical and commercial, who, under guidance of Mr. Thosar and Mr. Rao have, time and again assured quality work and timely deliveries and this has been instrumental in the progress of Matchless Engineers.
